The Paschalitsa Ladybird Shop, a shop certainly worth visiting when having a holiday at the Greek island Amorgos. It can be found in the Northern part of the island, in the beautiful port of Aegiali.
The Paschalitsa-Ladybird shop is owned by the Dutch Merith Teuben and her Greek husband (who she meet in Amorgos in 1996) Yannis Kotsadam.
What started as a search for a little painting studio in The village of Lagkada in 2007, ended up being a "real" shop today, at one of the bests spots in Ormos Aegiali.
Here Merith sells her paintings, homemade bags & decorated items like the traditional Greek metal wine jugs & water taps called 'Vrisakia', as well as gourds, trays, old wooden shutters and doors. Furthermore, she makes objects, mirrors & wooden mobiles from driftwood which she find on the beautiful beaches of Amorgos.
(you can see a selection of her work at Photo's and Paintings in the menu above)
